We appreciate your interest in our online shop. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. We inform you in detail below about the handling of your data.
1. Access data and hosting
You can visit our websites without giving any personal information. Each time a website is called up, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of retrieval, transferred data volume and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the retrieval. This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site as well as the improvement of our offer. In accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) sent. 1 GDPR, this serves the preservation of our legitimate interest in a correct presentation of our offer, which predominates in the context of a weighing up of interests. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your website visit. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is essential for the operation of the website. There is consequently no possibility on the part of the user to object. Hosting services by a third party Within the framework of commissioned processing on our behalf, a third party provider provides the services for hosting and displaying the website. This serves the preservation of our legitimate interest in a correct presentation of our offer, which predominates in the context of a weighing up of interests. All data collected as part of the use of this website or in designated forms in the online shop as described below will be processed on its servers. Processing on other servers takes place only in the context described here. This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
2. Data collection and use for contract execution
We collect personal data if you communicate it to us as part of your order or when contacting us (e.g. via contact form, via live chat or e-mail). Obligatory fields are marked as such, since in these cases we need the data for contract processing, or to process your contact and you cannot complete the order or cannot send the contact without providing this data. The respective input forms show what data is collected. We use the data communicated by you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) sent. 1 GDPR for contract handling and processing of your inquiries. After completion of the contract, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of any tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to a further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data use, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this privacy policy.
3. Data transfer
For fulfilment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) sent. 1 GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping company responsible for the delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the order process, we will forward payment data collected to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and any payment service providers commissioned by us to process the payments or to the selected payment service. The selected payment service providers sometimes also collect this data themselves, provided that you create an account there. In this case, you must log in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies. Data transfer to shipping service providers Insofar as you have given us your express consent during or after your order, we will forward your e-mail address and telephone number to the selected shipping service provider, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) sent. 1 GDPR, so that they can contact you before delivery for the purpose of delivery notification or reconciliation. The consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or directly to the shipping service provider at the contact address listed below. After withdrawal we delete your data, as far as you have not expressly consented to a further use of your data, or we reserve the right to further data use, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement.

You have the opportunity to express your opinion by contacting our partner RatePAY GmbH and to challenge the decision. The consent given to the data transfer in the order process can be revoked at any time, even without stating reasons, with effect for the future.
6. Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge
To display our Trusted Shops quality seal and the collected reviews as well as the offer of Trusted Shops products for buyers after placing an order, the Trusted Shops Trust Trustbadge is integrated on this website. This access data will not be evaluated and is automatically overwritten within seven days after the end of your site visit.

Other personal data will only be transferred to Trusted Shops, as far as you have consented to this, decide after the completion of an order for the use of Trusted Shops products or have already registered for their use. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.
7. Cookies and web analytics
In order to make the visit of our website attractive and to allow the use of certain functions, to display suitable products or for market research, we use so-called cookies on various sites. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a weighing up of interests, in optimising the presentation of our site in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) sent. 1 GDPR. Use of Google (Universal) Analytics for web analytics
For website analysis, this website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (www.google.com). This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a weighing up of interests, in optimising the presentation of our site in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) sent. 1 GDPR. Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that allow for the analysis of your use of the website, such as cookies. The information automatically collected by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating IP anonymisation on this website, the IP address will be shortened prior to transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. The anonymised IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. After the expiration and end of the use of Google Analytics by us, the data collected in this context will be deleted.

Google LLC is headquartered in the US and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. The current certificate can be viewed here. Under the agreement between the US and the European Commission, the latter has established an appropriate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.

You can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

As an alternative to the browser plug-in, you can click on this link to prevent future Google Analytics tracking on this site. An opt-out cookie will be stored on your device. If you delete your cookies, you must click the link again.

Use of Matomo for web analysis
For website analysis, data is automatically collected and stored on the site using the web analytics software Matomo (https://matomo.org), a service of the provider InnoCraft Ltd., for site visits, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a weighing up of interests, in optimising the presentation of our site in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) sent. 1 GDPR. Cookies may be used here. The pseudonymised user profiles will not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without explicit consent. After the expiration and end of the use of Matomo by us, the data collected in this context will be deleted. All data processed as part of the website analysis described above will be processed on our servers.

You may object to the collection and storage of data at any time with future effect by following the instructions below.

Objection: An opt-out cookie will be stored on your device when you object. If you delete your cookies, you must click the link again.
8. Advertising via marketing networks
Google AdWords Remarketing
Google Adwords promotes this site on Google’s search results and on third-party websites. For this purpose, when visiting our website, the so-called Remarketing cookie is set by Google, which automatically allows interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous CookieID and based on the pages you visit. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a weighing up of interests, in the optimal marketing of our website pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) sent. 1 GDPR. After the expiration and end of the use of Google AdWords Remarketing by us, the data collected in this context will be deleted.

Additional processing will only take place if you have agreed with Google that your web and app browsing history will be linked to your Google Account by Google and information from your Google Account will be used to personalise the ads you see on the web. In this case, when you log in to Google when visiting our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. To do this, Google will temporarily associate your personal data with Google Analytics data to create target groups.

Google AdWords Remarketing is an offer from Google LLC (www.google.com). Google LLC is headquartered in the US and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. The current certificate can be viewed here. Under the agreement between the US and the European Commission, the latter has established an appropriate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.

Live chat with Userlike
You have the opportunity to chat with us live on our site and to ask us questions. When you start the live chat, Userlike will start collecting your IP address for a short time in order to determine the country from which you started the live chat. This occurs so we are able to offer you a customer service tailored to your needs. The collection of the IP address is solely for this purpose and is not permanently stored by Userlike.

In addition, Userlike stores the history of live chats. This is for the purpose of possibly saving you extensive explanations about the history of your request as well as the constant quality control of our live chat service. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a weighing up of interests, in the optimal marketing of our offer pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) sent. 1 GDPR. To increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, these buttons are not fully integrated as plugins, but only by using an HTML link in the page. This integration ensures that when you visit a page of our website that contains such buttons, no connection with the servers of the provider of the respective social network is established.

If you click on one of the buttons, a new window opens in your browser and retrieves the page of the respective service provider on which you can (for example, after entering your login data) e.g use the Like or Share button.

For the purpose and extent of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the providers on their pages as well as a contact option and your related rights and settings options to protect your privacy, please refer to the privacy policy of the providers: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php https://about.pinterest.com/en/privacy-policy

In addition, Web beacons are set for website visitors via the embedding of Vimeo videos.

You can prevent the storage of Google Analytics Tracking cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we point out that in this case not all features of this website may be used to the full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
