Delivery terms

Delivery type
We deliver only on route. Unfortunately, self-pickup of the product is not possible. We do not deliver to packing stations.

Our 2-person team places the sofa directly in your living room. You just have to sit down.

Important note for receiving goods:
Please check your new sofa directly after the delivery. By signing the receipt of the delivery company, you also confirm the proper delivery of the goods as well as the undamaged condition of your living space.
Delivery time
The delivery time with Sitzfeldt is 8-10 weeks. Although your order will be produced especially for you, due to the proximity of our production facilities, we can meet these short delivery times. The delivery time starts from receipt of payment.

How long is the delivery time for accessories?
For care products and blankets delivery times of 4-6 days apply. Cushions go into the same production run as our sofas and therefore require an extended delivery time of 8-10 weeks.

Will the delivery company take my old sofa?
It is possible for the delivery company to take the old sofa with them. Currently, the cost per seat is 39,50 €, so a 2-seater comes to 79 €, etc. We are happy to pass the information about this in advance to the delivery company so that they can plan to take the old sofa with them. Payment is made by the delivery company. If interested, give us a short confirmation of your approval, then we will take care of everything else!
Delivery locations
Sitzfeldt delivers to German addresses free of charge. Please note that delivery to the German islands is unfortunately not possible. We also deliver to Austria and Switzerland. The prices differ depending on the country of delivery. You can customise the delivery country using the flag in the menu.
Can I cancel a current order?
Cancellation is possible until we start producing your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our service staff by e-mail or call 0800 5893431524 (Customer Service Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm).

What do I do if I do not like the sofa and I want to return it?
You take no risks when making a purchase! We give you the opportunity to try out the sofa for a full 100 days. If you are not 100 % convinced after that, we will pick up the sofa for free and refund the money back to you. A short statement to this effect in writing is sufficient without giving reasons.
What do I do if I want to return accessories?
We require a brief statement in writing without giving reasons. Please send us accessories such as blankets and care packs with sufficient franking to our Berlin address: Sitzfeldt GmbH, Karl-Marx-Allee 71, 10243 Berlin. As soon as we have received the goods, we will issue you a credit and transfer the purchase amount back to you, as well as the amount for the postage.
How is my sofa guaranteed?
The legal guarantee of two years applies. We will not make you sit on a sofa that you do not like or that has manufacturing defects. We also resolve justified complaints after two years to ensure customer satisfaction.
What can I do if something breaks on my sofa?
In this case, please call +49 (0)30-60988588 or e-mail (service@sitzfeldt.com) to talk to our service staff who will promptly address your issue. In such cases, we exchange broken parts or send a personal repair service to your home. Your case is only done for us when you are satisfied again.
